Yannick had won already the 1st Round of the French National Championship, setting a pace, so a lot of expectations were placed on him and the French Team XRAY. The XB8-TQ performed very well again, placing three XB8-TQs into the top 10 with Yannick setting the TQ, securing the second win in the 2006 National Championship race series.
